The results of tryouts are carefully reviewed and assessed to ensure the best placement is made for each player. Our policy is to provide the most competitive teams possible so the top players in a tryout are assigned to our top division team, the next group to the next lower division team and so on. As the age group progresses, our experience shows that there is often change between the rosters on the various level teams each and every season as individual players improve their skills.
Travel soccer requires a higher degree of commitment and is more competitive than recreational soccer; therefore, requests to play with school friends or former teammates are not part of the process.
There are three categories of team placement:
Developmental - These players are offered a position as a training player. Developmental players will train and practice with the team and may have playing time in tournaments but will not be rostered as an RDYSL player.
Pool Players - These players are offered a position to train and practice with the team and will be rostered with team as an RDYSL player but will see limited playing time based upon availability of limited players on game day. These players will receive playing time in tournaments
Rostered - These players are offered a full time roster position on the associated team

2023 is a uniform year.
New uniforms are purchased every odd year (2019, 2021, 2023).
